We endeavour to use only the best ingredients: fair-trade coffee, tea and hot chocolate, organic eggs, maple syrup, granola and fruits. We believe in eating for pleasure in a healthy and ethical way.

 On the buffet each day

Juices – apple, orange, cranberry, raspberry
Cereals - a selection of a dozen different cereals including ‘Eat Natural’, gluten free muesli, granola
Yoghurts – Greek and probiotic
Nuts & raisins – Brazil and cashew nuts, linseed, mixed seeds and organic raisins to add to your cereals
Fresh fruit platter – strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and melon
Baguettes and croissant – freshly baked and straight from the oven
Porridge - with cream and soft brown sugar
Honey and Sunflower breadbaked freshly every morning

Choose from:-
Pancakes & maple syrup
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
Bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon
Eggs Benedict
Waffles with fresh fruit, organic honey and Greek yoghurt

Full English – choose from bacon, sausage, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, fried bread, eggs (poached, scrambled or fried)
Ham and cheese platter

A healthy diet is important to us – we use olive oil, unsalted butter, sea salt, fine ingredients and no processed food. We can cater for most diets including coeliac and AiA diets.
